PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which there is a time lag between separation parts in a threshing control apparatus or carrying out control of the separation parts by a detected value of flow rate charged into a grain tank when threshing operation is carried out in a thresher and separation performance, or the like, may be interfered. SOLUTION: This threshing control apparatus of a combine harvester, or the like, is characterized by each controlling separation air force of a winnower 10 and a leak-down space of a shaking separation shelf 11 by operation result reading each detected value obtained by grain culm amount-detecting means 6 for detecting a pressing pressure operating amount of a nipping lever 5 for nipping grain culms by pressing action of a feed chain 4 arranged on the side of a threshing port 3 of a threshing chamber 2 internally supporting a threshing cylinder 1 for threshing the grain culms and a grain amount-detecting means 8 for detecting charging amount of grains arranged in the grain tank 7 in which threshed grains are stored and charged therein into a controller 9, obtaining an adequate correction factor k and converting the pressing operating amount of the nipping lever 5 to grain charging amount.
