<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machining head which has a simple structure requiring no reflection mirror, is made compact, has a high beam condensing property and a long focal distance, and to which an arc electrode and cutting gas are easily supplied, and to provide a laser beam machining device furnished with the same. SOLUTION: The laser beam machining head 54 is furnished with a collimate optical system 62 which makes a laser beam parallel and a half-split lens 67, and all portion of the laser beam 52 emitted from the collimate optical system is made incident to the half-split lens by shifting the position of the optical axis of the half-split lens 67 with respect to the position of the optical axis of the collimate optical system in the direction perpendicular to these optical axes. the machining head is further furnished with a condenser optical system 63 which condenses the laser beam and irradiates a work 55 with the laser beam with a the half-split lens and such a machining means as MIG electrode 57 disposed along the optical axis of the half-split lens on the split face side 67c of the half-split lens. The laser beam machining device is composed by being furnished with the laser beam machining head.</p> |
