PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely enable packing without causing a mistake in housing of a Tofu (bean curd) or breakage of the Tofu and realize the space saving of a Tofu packing apparatus and a lower cost. SOLUTION: This apparatus for packing the Tofu is composed by vertically arranging a packing transporting mechanism 11 provided with an endless chain 111, a pack holder 112 and a driving means 113 in a water tank 10, inserting the Tofu 20c cut to a size of a block into each pack 21 of the pack holder 112 in a Tofu inserting position P1 on the lifting side of the endless chain 111 with a Tofu inserting means 12 and pushing out the pack 21 after housing the Tofu 20c to the outside of the pack holder 112 in a pack pushing out position P2 on the lifting side of the endless chain 111 with a pack pushing out means 13 so as to insert a new pack 21 into an empty pack holder 112 in a pack inserting position P3 on the lifting side of the endless chain 111 with a pack inserting means 14. |
