<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing pickled food in a short time dispensing with the installation of casks or tanks for preliminary pickling and main pickling. SOLUTION: The vegetable to be pickled is washed, cut to a size having a prescribed weight or suitable for putting in a packaging container and sealed in a packaging bag or cup together with a seasoning liquid suiting the vegetable for pickling.</p> |
