PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for driving a feed chain in a combine harvester capable of enabling a manual threshing operation to be efficiently carried out. SOLUTION: The output power from an engine 1 is branched to a traveling transmission system and a front treating transmission system for a feed chain 18 and a front treating part 17. A driving speed-maintaining means for maintaining the driving speeds of the feed chain 18 and the front treating part 17 at previously set speeds when the traveling speed is lower than a previously set prescribed speed, is installed in the side of a speed-synchronizing means for synchronously changing the driving speed of the feed chain 18 and the front treating part 17. A manual threshing speed-increasing means for increasing the driving speed of the feed chain 18 at the time of the manual threshing is operated so as to be interlocked with a changing operation to the manual threshing state.
