PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rental mat with adhesion and reliability against recycling uses of repeated placing and washing in a rental system to dissolve problems such as an unreadable bar code by extrusion of rubber over the bar code in mat manufacture, a releasing phenomenon in washing by lack of adhering strength, etc. SOLUTION: A backing material and an optically bar-coded label are attached on the backside of a pile thread planted substrate. The backing material consists of a component of synthetic rubber with 25-45 of Mooney viscosity before vulcanization and 40-70 of Rockwell hardness A after vulcanization.
