PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric hot water storage vessel which can judge whether interruption or finishing of hot water supply when hot water supply is stopped during hot water supplying to determine a following control system. SOLUTION: When a hot water supplying switch is turned OFF after finishing constant volume hot water supplying is finished, hot water re-supplying by driving an electric pump is started by turning the hot water supplying switch ON after a first set time ts (for example, 1 second) is elapsed. (That is, the hot water supplying enabled condition is released).
