PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mortuary tablet with which ashes or remained hair of a pet can be set at hand without a sense of incompatibility and on which a photo of a pet is printed. SOLUTION: This mortuary tablet for a pet is constituted of a base part with a first hollow part inside, a mortuary tablet part with a second hollow part communicating to the first hollow part integrally formed with the base part, a hole part opening to the first hollow part and equipped on the bottom face of the base part, and a cap part to close the hole. A photo of a pet can be printed on the front of the tablet part at burning.
