PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter having an openable bill-like seedling-planting tool which is connected to an upward or downward drivable link mechanism and can upward or downward be moved, a travel device, and a steering handle, wherein seedlings can suitably be transplanted, even when the kinds, shapes, sizes, and the like, of the seedlings are different.
