PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly rotate a gear on the side wherein power is transmitted by a power converting gear mechanism while preventing a gear on the side wherein the power is not transmitted from wrongly rotating. SOLUTION: A first gear mechanism 14, which transmits the rotation of a motor 13 to a prize ball control unit 11, and a second gear mechanism 15, which transmits the rotation of the motor 13 to a renting-out ball control unit 12, are provided. In addition, a power converting gear mechanism 16 is rockably arranged between the first and second gear mechanisms 14 and 15. Then, by the power converting gear mechanism 16, the power of the motor 13 is transmitted to the first gear mechanism 14 or the second gear mechanism 15 for this ball putting out device 7. In such a ball putting out device 7, stoppers 17 and 18 are provided, and the engaging sections 17c and 18c of the stoppers 17 and 18 are engaged with the gear on the side wherein the power is not transmitted. Thus, the wrong rotation of the gear is prevented from occurring. Then, an operating piece 43 is provided on the power converting gear mechanism 16, and is constituted in such a manner that the operating piece 43 can disengage the stoppers 17 and 18 accompanying the rocking of the power converting gear mechanism 16. Thus, the gear on the side wherein the power is transmitted can be smoothly rotated.
