PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that as in the conventional living body information examining apparatus, main structure of the measuring mechanism is same as that of an ordinary measuring instrument, especially in use in a lavatory, a recognition that the mechanism giving an unpleasant feeling exists in the lavatory is given to a user, and as a measuring mechanism generates sounds in the lavatory to be quiet, the measurement on the living body information becomes a mental burden of the user. SOLUTION: By fixing a casing 16 being a contour of a measuring instrument part of the living information examining apparatus and a frame 17 fixing a measuring mechanism part through a cushioning material such as a vibration- absorptive member 19 and a sound insulating member (a heat insulating member) 20, the contour of the measuring instrument part of the living body information examining apparatus can be fitted with a quiet environment of the lavatory.
