PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spoon which enables a user to easily take out contents remained in a bag and can easily close the mouth of a bag containing Miso (bean paste), etc. SOLUTION: A grip 2 part of a spoon body part 1 equipped with a dent scooping part 3 on the tip end of the grip 2 is wrapped up by a first handle part 4 made of synthetic resin. The dent scooping part 3 is projected from one end side in the longitudinal direction of the first handle part 4. The first handle part 4 is made slidably put into/out from a second handle part 5. An engaging part to engage the first handle part 4 with the second handle part 5 in a condition the first handle part 4 is drawn out from one end parting the longitudinal direction of the second handle part 5 is equipped. A claw piece 11 to form a clamping part 10 in the vicinity of the other end part in the longitudinal direction of the second handle part 5 is integrally equipped.
