<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam marking device in which decrease in output power of the laser beam is detected with a simple construction. SOLUTION: A nonlinear optical crystal 16 is retractably arranged on the optical path of the laser beam. The laser beam emitted from a laser oscillator 10 and having a wavelength in an invisible light range is transformed into a wavelength in a visible light range with a nonlinear optical crystal 16. An X-axis galvanomirror 12A reflects the laser beam the wave length of which is not yet transformed with the nonlinear optical crystal 16, and selectively passes the laser beam the wavelength of which has fun transformed. The light beam passing through the X-axis galvanomirror 12A is diffused with a diffusing plate 17, and the diffused light is visible from outside through a finder 19 furnished on a case 18.</p> |
