PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for manufacturing corrugated sheets for filling materials from a metallic sheet in an industrial scale. SOLUTION: This method is employed for manufacturing a structure of the corrugated sheet for filling materials from a strip of a sheet metal which has been perforated as much as possible. Bending press working is performed continuously and stepwise with two opposite dies 11, 12 provided with working surfaces which are substantially joined with two corrugated surfaces performing relative motion by which coalescence and separation are alternately repeated on the faces of the strip 17.
