PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a visually handicapped person to enjoy pachinko simply and surely. SOLUTION: A pachinko stand 1 is provided with a scanning means 2 for detecting the position of a ball so as to recognize where the ball moves from the start of shooting the ball until the finish of shooting. A chair 2 is provided with an informing means 9 capable of generating vibration variable corresponding to the detected position of the ball at least at one of a seat surface 22 and a back rest and is arranged on the front surface of the pachinko stand 1.
