PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend the life of a seal valve of the suction opening of a dust collecting bag for a vacuum cleaner to save materials and reduce cost. SOLUTION: This dust collecting filter is constituted of two parts of a dust collecting bag and a spacer. A seal valve is fixed on the spacer side. The diameter of the suction opening of the spacer is made same to or larger than the diameter of the suction opening of the duct collecting bag to enable the spacer to be fit on the dust collecting chamber to enable a hose to be securely sealed in a condition the hose is inserted. Thus the life of the seal valve can be extended, materials can be saved, and cost can be reduced.
