PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet paper holder which can be easily used by a one- hand handicapped person in folding and cutting toilet paper. SOLUTION: This toilet paper holder is equipped with a paper folding base 1 and a rotation suppressing plate 6 so that a user can cut off the paper by one hand.
