PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll machine for flour milling in which a scraper being in contact with a roll surface has sufficient durability and is adaptable to the curvature of a roll having a curved (or polygonal) longitudinal section, such as camber. SOLUTION: In this roll machine, the scraper 21 for scraping off a milled material stuck to the roll 4 from it is divided into a plurality of scraper members 21A, 21B and 21A which are arranged in this order in the shaft direction of the roll 4.
