PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-line mixer which is placed in an automated line and to which a fluid consisting of a plurality of components is continuously supplied and which is used for mixing the supplied fluid and dispersing any of the components in the fluid, or in particular, an in-line mixer appropriate for applications such as mixing of a small amount of an additive with a highly viscous material, for example, paint. SOLUTION: A plurality of perforated stationary disks each having many holes and a plurality of perforated rotary disks each having many holes are alternately placed in a cylindrical casing along its axial direction, and a rotary shaft which supports the perforated rotary disks is driven rotationally by a driving device placed outside the casing. A fluid is transported through each of the holes of the perforated stationary disks and perforated rotary disks from a fluid inlet placed on one end of the casing in its axial direction to a fluid outlet placed on the other end of casing in its axial direction to uniformly mix the fluid and to uniformly disperse any of the components in the fluid.
