METHOD FOR CLEANING MEMBRANE MODULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cleaning a membrane module by which the effective flow recovery of the membrane module can be realized in the process of chemical cleaning of the membrane module used for oil water separation to remove emulsified oil from waste oil containing oil. SOLUTION: The membrane module with decreased performance of the flow rate by its use is cleaned with a mixture solution of an anionic surfactant (and a nonionic surfactant) with a polyol ether compound and an organic acid solution.
