PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing, dehydrating and drying device for business use executing operations from washing to drying by a series of the operations and efficiently performing drying. SOLUTION: The washing, dehydrating and drying device for the business use is provided with a washing tub 2 constituted of an outer tub 5 and a rotary drum 6. Inside the washing tub 2, a water supply pipe 14 and a water discharge pipe 19 are connected and a hot air supply duct 25 for supplying hot air and an exhaust duct 26 are connected further. Then, by appropriately controlling the rotation speed, rotation direction and rotation time, etc., of the rotary drum 6 under the control of a controller, the respective operations of washing (washing and rinsing), dehydration, withdrawal, dispersion and drying are performed by a series of the operations. In this case, at the time of defining the number of rotations (rpm) of the rotary drum 6 as n and the radius (m) of the rotary drum 6 as r, the dehydration is performed so as to turn centrifugal force G indicated by the expression of G=n<2> .r/900 to 80 to 350.
