SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of an immunocorrecting therapy of preclinical and clinically expressed forms of immunological insufficiency and express-selection of agents used for immunocorrection. Immunocorrection of the immune system links is provided due to increase of the content of high-avidity of normal and/or antibodies of G class to an antigen in blood and/or lymph and/or secretions by a selective effect on the process of maturation of antibodies in plasmatic cells and/or on structure of low-avidity antibodies and their transformation to high-avidity ones. Effectiveness of immunocorrecting therapy and/or an agent used for immunocorrection are evaluated on the base of alternation of the content of high-avidity and/or low-avidity antibodies in blood and/or lymph and/or secretions or alternation of structural and/or functional and/or protective properties of antibodies and/or available SH-groups in IgG and an index of modulating effect that is determined on the base of results obtained before and after the immunocorrecting effect for each index, respectively. The selection of agent and method is carried out taking into account the degree of expression of immunological insufficiency and/or a form of immunological insufficiency (LIN-1, LIN-2, IN- 1, IN-2) and/or clinical symptoms of immunopathological syndromes (infectious, allergic, autoallergic, lymphoproliferative) and/or the nature of etiotropic agent.
