<p>The present invention relates to the mechanical couplings of elements of machines and mechanisms, for example, to the joints of shaft with flange, especially to such joints that are used to transfer the torque with councurrent taking up of axial load. The goal of the invention is to increase reliability and service life of keyed joint. Keyed joint offered includes cylindrical key (1) made in the form of cylinder with lengthwise section and internal cone-shaped hole having self-locking slope as well as taped pin (2) located in cylindrical key (1) and disk springs (3) situated on body of adjusting screw (4) at the end of key. The flange (5) and shaft (6), where in each of them are made half-holes corresponding to the dimensions of the key diameter originating the groove for the key in the form of cylindrical hole, are joined together by the means of the said parts. Axial load applied to taped pin (2) through self-locking effect involves its unclasping and, as a result, close bearing of surfaces to be joined all around is achieved, but owing to the lack of stress concentrators there is maintained reliable and long-term service life of keyed joint.</p> |
