<p>This invention pertains to food-industry technologies, particularly to process for preparing whipped food. Object matter of this invention is to reduce arising unhealthy compounds in the food-stuffs under the reaction of air oxygen as well as to stabilise the shape of product. The intention for realisation of whipping process is achieved by using health friendly as well as chemically neutral gas or mixture of gases.</p> |
