VENTILATION GATE FOR RAILROAD TUNNEL

摘要

ventilation gates applicable in railroad tunnels of large lengths for control of their ventilation, gas and heat conditions. SUBSTANCE: ventilation gate consists of two gate valves made in the form of panels containing friable material. Said panels are installed for their shifting into tunnel from side of its opposite walls over upper and lower guides. Drive of gate valves includes link gear and counterweight interconnected by block syste. Located on ends of long levers of link gear are rollers moving over guides. Ends of short levers are connected with drive hydraulic cylinders. Gate valve panel is three-layer and consists of external layers from fiber glass with space between them filled with solid or cellular foam plastic. EFFECT: maintenance of required gas and heat conditions in railroad tunnels of large lengths, and ensurance of high level of traffic safety. 3 dwg
