Laying layer has warp threads of cotton or cotton-Dacron yarn and weft threads of linen-jute yarn. Pile is made from virgin wool yarn or with addition of modacrylic yarn at the ratio of 1:1. Virgin wool yarn is dyed with chrome dyes used in an amount of 1-1.5 wt% in the presence of potassium bichromate or potassium hexafluorozirconate used in an amount of at least 0.8 wt% of yarn.
