PURPOSE: A navigation button in a cellular phone is provided to improve reliability about products by changing a film attached at its upper surface to a forming structure and preventing that an end surface of the film is disconnected when performing a heat impact test or an internal temperature is risen in an airtight space. CONSTITUTION: A print is performed on a film original plate, and a foaming adhesive member(30) is formed for accommodating an upper surface of a navigation button(121). The adhesive member(30) is cut to be same to an external circumference surface of the navigation button(121). A uniform temperature is supplied on the upper surface of the navigation button(121), and the adhesive member(30) adheres. The adhesive member(30) is fixed to an internal portion of the cellular phone, and the cellular phone is checked. The navigation button(121) in which the adhesive member(30) adheres to the internal portion of a penetration hole(111) formed in a body(11) of the cellular phone is inserted from an internal portion to an external portion of the body(11) and is fixed.
