PURPOSE: A multi-output diode and a method for fabricating the same are provided to generate various outputs from one diode and reduce an area of the diode on a printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of chips(110) is used for performing a rectifying function, a switching function, and a voltage stabilizing function. The chips(110) are arrayed in parallel. An input lead(120) and an output lead(130) are combined with both sides of the chips(110). The input lead(120) and the output lead(130) are formed by a low resistant material such as oxide free copper. The input lead(120) and the output lead(130) are used for connecting the chips(110) with an external circuit. A passivation portion(140) is used for preventing an electric leakage and a high voltage discharge through both sides of the chip(110). The passivation portion(140) is formed by any one of a silastic, a vanish, and a glass. An over-molding portion(150) is used for covering each outer portion of the chip(110) and the passivation portion(140).
