PURPOSE: A polymer electrolyte, its preparation method, a polymer electrolyte membrane containing the polymer electrolyte, a fuel cell containing the polymer electrolyte membrane, a disulfonyl imide compound used to prepare the polymer electrolyte and its preparation method are provided, which electrolyte is improved in the proton conductivity, the heat resistance, the strength, the film forming property and the recycling efficiency and is soluble in a solvent. CONSTITUTION: The polymer electrolyte comprises the structural unit represented by the formula 1, wherein Ar1 and Ar2 are independently a divalent aromatic group; m is an integer of 0-3; and X+ is a hydrogen ion, an alkali ion or an ammonium ion. Preferably the polymer electrolyte comprises the structural unit represented by the formula 1 and the structural unit represented by -£Ar3-O|-, wherein Ar3 is a divalent aromatic group; and this polymer electrolyte is prepared by polymerizing the compound represented by the formula 3 with the aromatic diol represented by HO-Ar3-OH, wherein Z is a halogen atom or a nitro group. |
