PURPOSE: Cleaning water circulating type vacuum cleaner is provided to remove easily a pollutant and a foreign material of a bottom surface by water cleaning. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum cleaner circulating a cleaning water comprises a body casing(11) spacing therein, an intake head(21) having an intake port for absorbing a cleaning water, an impeller(31) generating an intake force to absorb the cleaning water, a dust collecting portion(51), a cleaning water barrel(41) for storing the cleaning water, an injecting nozzle(61) for injecting the cleaning water, and an intake pipe. The intake head is placed at a lower portion of the body casing, and the impeller is contained at an inside of the body casing. The dust collecting portion is coupled detachably to the intake side of the impeller, and contains a foreign material from the absorbed cleaning water.
