PURPOSE: A traffic signal lamp is provided, which has a function of displaying a remained time so that a walker can stand by or walk in a crosswalk stably without a visual confusion according to a color. CONSTITUTION: A power supply part(530) supplies a power, and a traffic signal lamp main controller(505) outputs a red signal or a green signal. A detection part(510) detects the red signal or the green signal being output from the main controller. A green remained time display LED part(545) and a red remained time display LED part(565) emit a light of a color corresponding to a color signal detected from the detection part. A walker stop display LED part(565) and a walker walk display LED part emit a light of a color corresponding to the color signal detected from the detection part. The first micom(520) controls on/off of the green remained time display LED part and the walker stop display LED part by receiving a signal from the detection part. The second micom controls on/off of the red remained time display LED part and the walker stop display LED part. A remained time display LED driving part(540) drives the green remained time display LED part and the red remained time display LED part by receiving a control signal of the first and the second micom. And a walker display LED driving part(560) drives the walker stop display LED part and the walker walk display LED part by receiving a control signal of the first and the second micom.
