HIGH PERMITTIVITY NONWOVEN FABRIC AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A nonwoven fabric which is characterized by having excellent holding ability of static electricity, high permittivity, excellent filtering ability about fine particle and ionic material, and a long life, and being useful for a sweeper and an electrostatic filter, and manufacturing method thereof are provided. CONSTITUTION: The high permittivity nonwoven fabric is obtained by a process containing the steps of: (a) mixing and spinning poly vinylidene fluoride(PVDF) and polypropylene(PP) to produce fiber; (b) polarizing the fiber to increase permittivity; and then (c) manufacturing the nonwoven fabric out of the fiber increased permittivity.
