PURPOSE: To provide a fixing member of a lead-out end portion of a coil where assembling of a coil can be made smoothly and surely, and reliability is high. CONSTITUTION: Conductive sleeves 7, 8 are installed on winding parts A, B, terminals 5, 6, around which a winding start end portion 4A and a winding end portion 4B of a coil 4 are wound, respectively. The sleeves 7, 8 are pressure welded to the terminals 5, 6, together with the end portion 4A and the end portion 4B, and the end portion 4A and the end portion 4B are subjected to resistance welding to the terminals 5, 6, by using the sleeves 7, 8 as electrodes for resistance welding treatment, so that the end portion 4A and the end portion 4B of the coil 4 are fixed to the corresponding terminals 5, 6.
