DRIED CROAKER SALTED WITH BAMBOO SALT(SALT ROASTED IN BAMBOO)

PURPOSE: Provided is a dried croaker salted with bamboo salts(salt roasted in bamboo) containing abundant minerals, thereby producing nutraceutically excellent dried croaker. CONSTITUTION: The dried croaker salted with salt roasted in bamboo salts comprises the steps of: selecting and washing a croaker; salting 70-90 wt.% of the croaker with 10-35 wt.% of bamboo salts for 15-40 hours; washing the salted croaker with bamboo salt solution having a salinity of 2-10% 4-7 times; and drying the croaker in a cool room of 10-15 deg.C.
