EVA CUP INSOLE SPONGE COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: Provided is an EVA cup insole sponge composition, which has adhesive property by heating, therefore the both sides of the EVA sponge are attached by heating instantly without spreading adhesives. CONSTITUTION: The EVA cup insole sponge composition contains 1-20pts.wt. of a terpene resin having a melting point of 100-105deg.C, 1-10pts.wt. of a norsolene resin having a melting point of 10±5deg.C, and 5-20pts.wt. of an amorphous poly alpha olefin having a melting point of 170-180deg.C and a melting viscosity of 8000-10000CPS. The heat-adhesion of the EVA sponge sheets is performed by heating at a temperature of 180-200deg.C for 3-5 seconds.
