摘要 PURPOSE: A waste heat recovery apparatus of garbage disposer is provided to reduce energy cost by using high temperature waste heat after deodorization as a heating source in the garbage disposer equipped with a deodorizing device using high temperature oxidation combustion process. CONSTITUTION: The waste heat recovery apparatus of garbage disposer comprises a chamber(50) which is formed in the lower part of the body of a fermentation tank(20), at the inner side of which a certain space part is formed, at one side of the body of which a waste heat inflow port(51) is formed, and at the other side of the body of which an exhaust hole(52) is placed; a temperature sensor(60) which is installed on the bottom of the fermentation tank(20) to sense temperature of the fermentation tank(20); a housing(70) which is installed at an end part of the outer side of the chamber(50), at the inner side of the body of which a space part having a certain volume is formed, on the front surface of the body of which a waste heat inflow hole(71) is formed, and at the rear side of the body of which a waste heat moving hole(72) and a bypass exit hole(73) are installed; a waste heat supply pipe(80) which is installed at the waste heat inflow hole(71) formed on the front surface of the body of the housing(70) to flow the waste gas passing deodorizing means into the housing(70); a connection pipe which is installed to connect the waste heat moving hole(72) of the housing(70) to the waste heat inflow port(51) of the chamber(50); an exhaust pipe(89) which is installed at the bypass exit hole(73) of the housing(70) and at the exhaust hole(52) of the chamber(50); a diaphragm member(90) which is installed upright in the inner center of the space part of the housing(70) to divide the space part, at one side of the body of which a waste gas suction hole(91) is formed, at the other side of the body of which a bypass hole(92) is formed, and in rear of the body of which a dividing plate(93) is formed; and a waste gas supply control means(100) which is installed on the front surface of the diaphragm member(90) of the housing(70) to selectively open and regulate the waste gas suction hole(91) and the bypass hole(92) of the diaphragm member(90) by sensing signals of the temperature sensor(60).
