PURPOSE: A method for adhering the cutting surface of the steel cord of a pneumatic tire is provided which improves durability resultingly by treating a silane based coupling agent onto both edge parts of a steel cord from which a brass layer is removed, thereby enabling bonding between rubber and steel. CONSTITUTION: The method for adhering the cutting surface of steel cord of a pneumatic tire is characterized in that a silane based adhesive layer having an alkoxy silyl terminal group is formed between rubber and the bare steel surface of the steel cord cutting surface of the pneumatic tire, wherein the silane based adhesive is a mixture of a silane based coupling agent having an amine based functional group and a silane based coupling agent having a sulfane based functional group, the silane based coupling agent having an amine based functional group is bis-(γ -trimethoxysilylpropyl)amine, the silane based coupling agent having a sulfane based functional group is bis-(3-£triethoxysilyl|-propyl)-tetrasulfane, and the silane based coupling agent having an amine based functional group is mixed with the silane based coupling agent having a sulfane based functional group in a weight ratio of 1:1-1:5.
