PURPOSE: To provide a technology capable of efficiently preparing highly reliable application data with the photograph of the face of an applicant. CONSTITUTION: This method comprises a step for authenticating whether or not a person who prepares application data with the photograph of his face is the applicant himself, a step for acquiring personal information identified by identification information presented by the applicant, and for setting it as an application description item, a step for generating the photograph data of the face of the applicant by embedding the authentication information for the photograph of his face for authenticating that picture data obtained by photographing the photograph of the face of the applicant indicate the photograph of the face of the applicant himself in the picture data, a step for generating application data by adding the generated photograph data of the face of the applicant to the application description item in which the personal information is set, and a step for embedding the authentication information for the application data for authenticating the contents of the generated application data in the application data. |
