PURPOSE: An advertiseing method by using e-mail lottery tickets is provided to avoid spamming by attaching a lottery ticket to an e-mail as a marketing method and to make an e-mail receiver positively receive e-mails by providing a receiver with entertainments and prizes. CONSTITUTION: An individual or a company using the Internet mail registers as an e-mail lottery ticket issuer(S210). The lottery ticket is attached to an e-mail. An e-mail lottery ticket provider is applied with an e-mail lottery ticket issuer code, and issues e-mail lottery tickets by selectively inserting the e-mail lottery ticket issuer code to the content of the e-mail(S220). The e-mail attached with the lottery ticket is transmitted to a receiver(S230). The receiver checks the prize winning by clicking the lottery ticket attached to the received e-mail(S240). The prizing winning is informed both to the e-mail lottery ticket issuer and the winner.
