TENTATIVE ASSEMBLY APPARATUS FOR TURN OUT SECTION OF RAILS AND TENTATIVE ASSEMBLY METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Tentative assembly apparatus and method for a turn out section of rails are provided to enable the accurate setting of each section in the use of turn out part of one block sleeper, and to facilitate the assembly of track panels of the turn out part. CONSTITUTION: The tentative assembly apparatus, used to a starting portion, a point portion, a lead portion, a crossing portion, and an ending portion for a turn out section of rails, comprises a slip type frame(110) having a center frame(112), a side frame(114), and holes arranged at an equal distance per each frame; a height adjustment support(120) penetrating the holes of the overlapped portions of the center frame and the side frame for adjusting a height and an inclination of the side frame; at least two seats(130) which are formed detachably from slip type frame and have an inclined surface for the installation of rails; a rail fastener(140) installed to the seats; and a clip type fixing member(150) for fixing the seats to the slip type frame.
