PURPOSE: An OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) signal communication system, an OFDM signal transmitting device, and an OFDM signal receiving device are provided to achieve a rapid-progress frequency use efficiency and transmit a large capacity and high speed signal by a plurality of transmitting antennas and receiving antennas. CONSTITUTION: An OFDM signal transmitting device has OFDM modulators(1-1 to 1-N) for being connected to transmitting antennas(5-1 to 5-N) and being operated on the basis of a transmission symbol timing, and frequency converters(3-1 to 3-N) for converting the outputs of the OFDM modulators(1-1 to 1-N) into RFs(Radio Frequencies) according to a local oscillation frequency and outputting the RFs to the transmitting antennas(5-1 to 5-N). An OFDM signal receiving device has frequency converters(9-1 to 9-N) for connecting to receiving antennas(8-1 to 8-N) and converting RFs received in the receiving antennas(8-1 to 8-N) into frequencies to be suitable for demodulation according to a local oscillation frequency, and FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) devices(11-1 to 11-N) for connecting to the frequency converters(9-1 to 9-N) and performing the FFT of the outputs of the frequency converters(9-1 to 9-N) on the basis of a reception symbol timing. The OFDM signal receiving device has a sub-carrier demodulating device(14) for multiplying a receiving OFDM signal per a sub-carrier outputted from each FFT device(11-1 to 11-N) by an inverse matrix and outputting an amplitude and a phase per the sub-carrier corresponding to the OFDM signal transmitted from the OFDM signal transmitting device.
