PURPOSE: A PLC(Power Line Communication) device having signal blocking and transmission functions is provided to decrease a production cost by composing the first to third blocking filters and the first to third bypass filters and blocking signals with a specific frequency band. CONSTITUTION: The first to third power lines(241-243) and a neutral line(244) transmit a three phase power. The first to third blocking filters(211-213) are installed on the first to third power lines(241-243), respectively for blocking signals with a specific frequency band. The first to third bypass filters(221-223) are installed between the first to third power lines(241-243) and the neutral line(244), respectively for bypassing signals with a specific frequency band. A signal coupler(231) is installed between the first to third power lines(241-243) and the neutral line(244) for transmitting a signal inputted to the first power line(241) to the second and third power lines(242,243).
