PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing a packing net attached with a label sheet is provided to cut down the price of an individual packing net by massively producing individual packing nets attached with label sheets. CONSTITUTION: An uncoiler(11) is placed in the front end portion of a coiled packing net(1). A packing net guide unit and a stacking machine(12) are installed in the outlet portion of the uncoiler. A packing net transferring machine(13) is installed in the outlet portion of the packing net guide unit. A cutter(14) is installed in the outlet portion of the packing net transferring machine. A packing net discharge machine(15) is installed in the outlet portion of the cutter. The front end portion of the packing net uncoiled by the uncoiler is developed, and then, a label sheet is attached to the front end portion of the packing net by the stacking machine. The front end portion of the packing net attached with the label sheet is cut by the cutter. Thus, an individual packing net(1a) is placed in the packing net discharge machine. The packing net discharge machine drops the individual packing net to stack plural individual packing nets.
