PURPOSE: A tooth paste composition containing a suitable amount of tricalcium phosphate, a natural drug component, antiinflammatory and analgesic agents and fluorine compounds is provided which alleviates bleeding or inflammation of the gingiva and alleviates or improves the symptoms of sensitive teeth. CONSTITUTION: This tooth paste composition contains 1.0 to 40.0% by weight of tricalcium phosphate, 1.0 to 20.0% by weight of Fossilia Ossis Mastodi, 0.01 to 10.0% by weight of an antiinflammatory selected from ibuprofen, ketoprofen, Naproxen, flurbiprofen, etodolac, piroxicam, diclofenac sodium and ketoprofen, 0.001 to 0.76% by weight of sodium monofluorophosphate, 0.1 to 20.0% by weight of sodium lauryl sulfate, 0.1 to 15.0% by weight of colloidal silica dioxide, 0.1 to 40.0% by weight of glycerin, 0.1 to 5.0% by weight of sodium cocoyl isethionate and a suitable amount of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, methylparaben sodium, saccharin sodium and purified water, based on the total weight of the tooth paste composition.
