PURPOSE: A rotatable luminescent ball is provided to prevent the breakage thereof due to a collision as well as minimize an impact force applied to a user, and to facilitate the exchange of a battery. CONSTITUTION: The rotatable luminescent ball connected to a support member comprises a body(30) formed with a battery insertion hole(31), an upper seating portion(33) and a lower projected coupler portion(35); a cap(40) to be coupled into a fitting portion(35a) of the coupler portion; a connection terminal plate(50) to be inserted into an operating groove(33a) of the seating portion so as to be moved according to the rotation of the ball; a circuit board(60) having a plurality of luminescent diodes; and a soft container(70) containing the body.
