PURPOSE: A rear cross member-coupling structure of a vehicle is provided to reduce the indoor noise of a vehicle by reducing external force transmitted into a rear cross member. CONSTITUTION: A rear cross member-coupling structure of a vehicle comprises coupling units formed to a rear cross member(40), an inner pipe(46) for preventing deformation in coupling the rear cross member, with installed to the inside of the coupling unit, a shock-absorbing unit for preventing external shock transmitted into the rear cross member from being transmitted into the body(30) of the vehicle, and a guide cover for covering the outside of the shock-absorbing unit, with installed to the rear cross member forming the coupling units. Auxiliary shock-absorbing units(52) are installed between an end of the guide cover and the body, to prevent contact between the guide cover and the body. Therefore, external shock transmitted from tires and arms is reduced and the indoor noise of the vehicle is decreased.
