PURPOSE: A composting system to mix and ferment organic wastes more effectively is provided, which offers a simplified structure and saves manufacturing cost by improving the mixing tool of conventional composting system. CONSTITUTION: The system for composting organic wastes contains the parts of: a fermentation room(110), formed by a division wall(122) built in an oval shape, to ferment organic wastes(300), wherein an air supply tube(120) is on its base for pouring heated air to wastes; a partition wall on both sides of the fermentation room; a guiding rail(150) formed on the division wall and upper end of partition wall; a mixing tool set on the lower part of a moving tool(230), which comprises a screw(212) to move wastes up and down and a drum type mixer(214), placed between screws on the sides, to mix and grind wastes in the fermentation room; a raw material-spraying tool, comprising a tank(222) spraying organic wastes and a tank-running part(220), which spreads organic wastes over the wastes fermented in the room thinly and homogeneously; a moving tool running along the guiding rail. |
