HEALTHY ELECTRIC HEATING MAT

PURPOSE: A healthy electric heating mat is provided to reduce thickness, simplify a fabricating process, and enhance thermal conductivity and thermal efficiency by improving a structure of the electric heating mat. CONSTITUTION: An insulating material(3) is formed on an upper portion of a ground finishing material(2). An aluminium plate(4) is laminated on the insulating material(3). A heat coil is installed between the aluminium plate(4) and the insulating material(3). Namely, the heat coil is adhered on the aluminium plate(4) by an aluminium adhering tape. The aluminium plate(4) is used as a basic surface of a mat. A punched stack fabric(6) is formed on an upper face of the aluminium plate(4). A plurality of functional stones(7) is inserted into holes of the punched stack fabric(6). The punched stack fabric(6) and the functional stones(7) are adhered on the supper face by an adhesive. A netting thread(8) can be covered on an upper portion of the punched stack fabric(6). A finishing process is performed by using an edge finishing material(9). A belt(11) is used for connecting the mat with the mat.
