PURPOSE: A sandbag stand is provided to change the location of a loading box by installing loading boxes easily regardless of the height of a guardrail or a retaining wall in a street, to prevent accidents by minimizing installation space for loading boxes, to look for loading boxes easily at a heavy snowfall, to recycle resources using waste tires and to improve utility of products by preventing the corrosion of calcium chloride bags or sandbags. CONSTITUTION: The sandbag stand comprises: a frame(10) provided with a cover(13) formed on the front of a body(12) having a space(11) inward, a pair of stands(19) having a fixing bolt(B) for moving or fixing a pair of length-regulators(18) having a hanger(16) and a locking pin(17), and a fixing pin contacted to the ground; and a loading stand(30) placed in the space(11) of the frame(10), closed and opened by a cover(13) and provided with a warning part(31).
