NOVEL PLEUROTUS NEBRODENSIS-K7 AND CULTURE METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided are novel Pleurotus nebrodensis-K7 which has the largest fruit body, excellent flesh and good flavor and a culture method thereof. CONSTITUTION: The culture method of the novel Pleurotus nebrodensis-K7(KCTC 0976BP) is characterized by culturing mycelia with maintaining low temperature of 20-22 deg.C under indirect lights of 200-500 lux, after seed inoculation; changing the temperature to 18 deg. C in the daytime and to 14 deg.C at night; and maintaining low temperature of 10-14 deg.C during the growth.
